Ingredients 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt 1 teaspoon curry powder 2 cups chopped skinless turkey breast 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved 2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix yogurt with curry powder. Add turkey, grapes and walnuts to seasoned yogurt. Stir gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes for flavors to blend. Serve over mixed salad greens or with warm whole-wheat pitas.
